Digital Resources

Project Details

Project Description

The right mix of digital resources is essential is in reaching the project goals within budget. The world doesn’t necessarily need more apps and websites, we only pursue these options in specific circumstances and in the most cost effective way.

Choosing Wisely

Infographic – Six Tests to Rethink

Choosing Wisely is a campaign to help clinicians and patients engage in conversations about unnecessary tests, treatments and procedures

Reframe worked with Choosing Wisely to develop a series of infographics to encourage both patients and care providers to reconsider how they approach the annual physical. This speaks to the negative impact of blanket screening, the difference customized care can make, and building a relationship with your doctor. The infographic was used in discussions directly with patients, as posters in waiting rooms, and as follow-up to appointments.

WCH

Mobile App – Taxi Driver’s Health

Women’s College Hospital is Canada’s leading academic, ambulatory hospital and a world leader in women’s health

Reframe designed a mobile application for WCH to help people driving taxis address some specific health issues due to the nature of their job. Long hours without access to washrooms, pain from sitting for extended periods of time, and unhealthy diets are a few of the contributing factors they face every day. The application was designed to nudge people towards taking short activity breaks, notify them of public washrooms in any area of the city, connect them with other drivers to share information and more.

TAC

Website – Trauma Association of Canada

The Trauma Association of Canada is committed to reduce the incidence and relieve the burden of injury by bringing together multidisciplinary health care professionals involved in the care of the injured patient

Reframe worked with the Trauma Association of Canada to redevelop their website in order to serve members more effectively. The project included design and development of the site, migrating member information to a new database, establishing a new billing integration, and supporting members and management through the transition.
